The Samaca Q66 slate is a very popular slate in Ireland dating back more that 30 years proven track record . The Samaca Q66 has a very distinctive rustic hard textured surface with very defined dressed edges is 5 – 7 mm thick . The roof finish on any new or refurbished will be complemented by the traditional riven textured appearance offered by this slate .
Samaca Q66 is expected to exceed the life of the building and a written guarantee of 100 years is provided . In addition the Samaca Q49 compiles to BS/EN 12326 A1, S1 ,W1,T1 in addition also the higher classification NF Slate mark | LNE, Laboratoire national de métrologie et d’essais .
Every pallet of Samaca Q66 comes clearly packaged from the quarry in wooden crates , with full traceability barcoded pallets , clearly marked with name of quarry address contact details so you can be reassured of full traceability from quarry door to your site .
